A 22-year-old Keizer man pleaded not guilty to a murder charge Wednesday in Multnomah County Circuit Court, nearly eight months after he allegedly fatally shot a woman at a MAX station on Northeast 148th Avenue and Burnside Street. Isai Ramos Damian was arraigned Wednesday on eight charges, including second-degree murder, two counts of attempted murder and second-degree assault.
